Gleason's Gym: It may look like an unassuming boxing gym in Brooklyn, but Gleason's Gym perhaps the most famous boxing gym in the country. Owned by Bruce Silverglade, Gleason's Gym moved to Dumbo in 1986 - making it one of the neighborhood's oldest businesses! Gleason's Gym has trained some of boxing's most famous champions - including Muhammad Ali, and currently trains mostly women champions, including Heather "The Heat" Hardy!

F45: Born in Australia, F45 Training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one 45-minute class.  The "F" stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT-style workouts, geared toward everyday movement.  "45" is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. Their outdoor sessions bring the same calorie-burning intensity as our in-studio workouts, from some of the most picturesque areas around the city.  Led by their world-class instructors, members engage in a fun and challenging 45-minute cardio and strength workout.  Because most of the exercises have members use their own body weight, no equipment is necessary.
