John Patrick Hackett, who was born and raised in New York City, creates work shaped by his surroundings and influenced by contemporary art and pop culture. His practice emphasizes a unique style combining street art, illustration, and painting, while at the same time exploring connections between fine and subcultural expression. His work has been shown in the annex of the MOMA, along with various galleries in Williamsburg and the East Village.
