EXPRESS YO(GA)SELF is a yoga and journaling event aimed at helping you express yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. You'll begin with a 50-minute slow-flow yoga class and follow it up with a 10-minute guided meditation to activate the throat chakra. From there, you'll start an introspective and reflective journaling exercise with plenty of time for sharing with the group. Sharing is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
