Legendary pie man Patsy Grimaldi and co-founder Matthew Grogan have been manning the coal-fired oven at 19 Old Fulton St since 2012. Named in honor of Pat’s mother, Juliana’s offers the classic pizzas with traditional New York toppings as well as Specials like the No.1 with mozzarella, scamorza affumicata, pancetta, scallions and a touch of truffle oil. But make sure not to miss their meatballs, a selection of salads and be sure to save room for a Brookie Bridge.
