Pizza Comes to Pearl Street Triangle
There's a new pizza game in town! On Saturday, the team behind Archway Cafe opened Love and Dough on the corner of Water and Pearl. According to co-owner Arthur Hasam, it's "the closest to the authentic product from Naples." Why's that, you ask? Because of their secret weapon: Giuseppe Manco. Manco took home the title of best Italian-style pizza in last year's International Pizza Challenge, beating more than 60 competitors, some considered the best pizza chefs in the country. Love and Dough joins some great company in DUMBO. They're open from 11-9 every day except Sunday.
