Juliana’s Pizza Opens in DUMBO

The coal-fired oven at 19 Old Fulton is back in action again. Owner Patsy Grimaldi has opened Juliana's Pizza at the former location of Grimaldi's Pizzeria (now located at 1 Front Street). Offering the classic pizzas including Margherita and Marinara and specials like the Tomato with Anchovies, Caper, and Garlic pizza or the Smoked Salmon, Mascarpone, Capers, Tomato, and Red Onion, there is something for every craving.

Competition? We say destinational pizza lovers heaven! We've got Grimaldi's, Juliana's, Ignazio's for a trifecta near Old Fulton... and then how about wash down your next slices with some beer at 68 Jay when you get a Wild Rise Pie before night-capping at DUMBO Kitchen for a personal pie?

The DUMBO BID stopped in yesterday for a delicious pie (olives and mushrooms and sweet onion) and were able to talk with Owner Patsy Grimaldi who was excited to be opened up in his old spot. He let us in on some exciting events they're planning for the near future. Stay tuned for updates.

While you can't buy Juliana's by the slice, small and large pies range from $15 to $27. There are also desserts including Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory ice cream and of course, cannolis. Opening at noon everyday, Juliana's brings DUMBO another great lunch option.
