Content Strategy at HUGE
Teachers vs Robots: Information Architecture & Assistive AI.
Eli Review is an educational technology with a motto: “you can’t teach what you can’t see”. This motto and the platform itself are responses to a common failure of teaching tools to understand that teachers face information problems more than anything else. Mike, one of Eli Review’s founders, will discuss how the platform was the result of a specific content strategy that helped the Eli team identify information-related problems teachers face when teaching writing. He’ll also discuss how a content-first strategy adopted before the first wireframe was drawn or line of code was written has allowed Eli to change and grow as the team has learned more about how to better support teachers, students, and their information needs.
