Units at 30 Wash Going Fast

Two Trees Management Company will complete its a renovation of 30 Washington this August, converting this late-1800s industrial building, the first of several in the neighborhood built by The Robert Gair Company, into a residential development with 94 units. One bedrooms starting at $3,325 and two-bedrooms starting at $4,200. Ranging in size from 558sf to 1029sf, the units retain warehouse design elements, like exposed beams and pieces of an old elevator shaft. Since hitting the market June 1, Two Trees reports nearly half of the units have been snapped up, many by Manhattan transplants.
