Under Armour Elite 24 Game Comes to Brooklyn

The Under Armour Elite 24 high school all-american game is heading Brooklyn this weekend as the Tobacco Warehouse gets converted into a basketball showcase. Previous Elite 24 games have featured future college and NBA stars. In fact, of the game’s 140 alumni, 63 are currently playing in D1 and 54 are currently playing in the NBA, including three number 1 overall draft picks. So you’re sure to see some great basketball under the Brooklyn Bridge this weekend.

This Friday and Saturday night, 24 of the nation’s best high school hoopers will gather at a newly constructed outdoor court at the Tobacco Warehouse to participate in an event that had spent the last couple of years out at Venice Beach in California. Previously, the game was held at fabled Rucker Park in Harlem.

The three-point shootout and dunk contest will be aired on ESPNU at 7 p.m. on Friday night, while the game will be played at 7 p.m. on Saturday night. Admission is free and open to the public, so get there early for your seat!
