NYC-ARTS: A Look at Jane’s Carousel

NYC-ARTS has an amazing video series on PBS which explores New York’s rich cultural life, from spaces and ensembles to artists and historic moments. In their most recent episode, they take a look at Jane’s Carousel. Intricately carved and built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in 1922, Jane’s Carousel represents the golden age of American carousel-making. Watch the full video here:
