Hillside Meat Dinners at Vinegar Hill House

Vinegar Hill House is back with its third Dinner Series, and we know all you carnivores out there will be excited to hear the latest theme: MEAT.  Each of the animals procured for the Meat Dinner Series is delivered whole, straight from the farm, and fabricated on the premises.  The series is already under way, but there are two delicious dinners left on the schedule that are sure to satisfy even the most ferocious of appetites:

On Thursday, October 30th, rabbit from John Fazio Farm will be served.  Enjoy treats such as rabbit dumplings and cornmeal fried rabbit confit.  Check out the full menu and buy tickets here.

The Dinner Series will conclude on Thursday, November 13th, with beef from Jake Tannis Farm.  Buy tickets and preview the menu here, which will include delicacies such as beef heart tartare.

Both dinners begin at 7:00pm, and diners can purchase an additional wine pairing for $35.
